The first step involves selecting the Sarasavi branch nearest to you. A dropdown menu will list all the available branches. Ensure you choose the branch that is most convenient for you to visit.

Personal Information: In this step, you need to fill in your personal details:

• Full Name: Enter your complete name as it appears on your ID.
• Address: Provide your current residential address. This is necessary for record-keeping and verification purposes.
• ID Number: Input a valid identification number (e.g., National ID, Passport number). This will be used to verify your identity when you collect your books.
• Phone Number: Provide a working phone number where you can be reached. This number will be used to call you once your book list is prepared.

Confirmation and Collection

Confirmation Email:
After you submit your book list, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will acknowledge the receipt of your book list and provide a summary of the information you submitted.

Preparation Notification:
Once your book list is prepared, you will receive a phone call on the provided number. The call will inform you that your books are ready for collection.
You will be instructed to visit the selected branch to collect your books.

Book Collection:
Visit the selected Sarasavi branch with your NIC and the confirmation email.
Present your NIC to the branch staff.
Upon verification, the staff will hand over your prepared book list to you.
